Getting one or two tenths of a percent return is considered successful. This makes it necessary to repeat the mailing often and to as wide an audience as possible.”

Even though it may seem like your rate of response is low, know that with direct mail marketing that is usually the case. Focus on your ROI instead of the number of responses.
